  The funeral home is very pretty. They have a small room downstairs that is the play room for children. I thought this was a nice idea and great for families with small kids even though there isn't a lot of toys in the room or descent toys. Majority of the staff were extremely nice except there is one employee that is rather rude and comes off being pretencious.
  He is thin, dark hair man with a mustache. My husband and I remembered him from his mom's funeral a few years ago and he was still the same way at my father in laws funeral. We felt this was sad that an employee would be rude despite all the dynamics that come along with mourning a loved one. We now live out of town and again the funeral home is very pretty, however if I lived in Pittsburgh, I would probably look at my options before choosing a final place for my family.
